Cancellation & Payment

I know that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel or rearrange your cat or pet sitting booking. I completely understand, but as I reserve that time especially for you and your pets, I do ask for a little notice wherever possible.

Cancellations

Bookings of up to 6 days
If you need to cancel, please give me more than 24 hours' notice before your sitting is due to begin. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the agreed start date will not incur a cancellation fee; if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your booking, the full booking fee will be payable.

Bookings of 7 days or more
For longer bookings, I ask for more than 48 hours' notice before your sitting is due to begin. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the agreed start date will not incur a cancellation fee; if you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your booking, the full booking fee will be payable.

I appreciate that unexpected things happen, so if your plans do change, please get in touch with me as soon as you can.

Cat Sitting & Care Prices

Single Visit – £14
One 45-minute visit, including feed & fuss, tidying and cleaning, medication and care where needed, plus your daily check-in.

Double Visit – £22
Two 45-minute visits in one day, including feed & fuss, tidying and cleaning, medication and care where needed, plus your daily check-in.

Extra Care Visit – £37
A 90-minute visit for cats who need a little more time, attention or care – or simply some extra company while you're away.

Overnight Stays

On occasion, and where agreed in advance, I can offer overnight stays with your cat for up to two consecutive nights (weekends only).
This includes feed & fuss, tidying and cleaning, medication and care where needed, your daily check-in, and overnight company from 8pm–7am

Overnight stays from £70 per night, with the final rate agreed at the time of booking.

Pet Care Extras

Cat Photo Shoot – from £45
A 30-minute photo session in your cat's own home, including 10 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images.

Feline Calming Audio – from £15
A gentle, downloadable audio recording designed to provide some soothing company and create a calm atmosphere for your cat between visits.

Payment

Full payment is required before the first day of your booking and can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card via a secure payment link, or by cash if preferred.

I'll email your invoice ahead of your sitting start date, together with a simple service agreement confirming the care we've arranged, dates and any other important details.

Once that's all taken care of, there's nothing left for you to do but enjoy your time away while I take care of things at home!
